hello there :) we offer delivery island-wide in Singapore!
- for orders below $200, there is a flat $7 shipping charge via standard delivery (3-5 business days) ♡
- for orders $200 and above, we offer complimentary shipping via standard delivery (3-5 business days) ♡
- if you've got an urgent order, we offer an expedited same-day service (if the order is placed before 1pm SGT) or next day service if the order is placed after 1pm SGT at $20

delivery of your package:
we will always strive to do our best for you, always! however, if you find we’ve made a mistake on your order, please get in touch with us (hello@thepalmpress.co) as soon as possible (within no more than 72 hours upon receiving your package) and we’ll quickly work to resolve the issue.if you have issues with a missing package after a week, please contact us immediately!

once an order is placed, we will not be able to cancel your order as we work to ship them out ASAP! our apologies!
returns:
changed your mind? no worries! we offer returns as store credit within 14 days upon delivering your purchase.
we accept items with original tags attached (+ unworn and unwashed for clothing) for full store credit. the item may be returned to us via delivery to our store or in-person in store at The Palm Press at Wheelock Place.
you will be issued an e-store credit for returns within 14 days. unfortunately, we will not be able to accept returns after 14 days.
